If you are dissatisfied with the product or service you can contact us online or. email us. We will handle it for you as soon as possible. We accept refunds, but buyers need to contact us within 14 days of receiving the goods, so please contact us within the valid time.

Additional Return & Exchange Policy
We accept return/exchange with following conditions applied

Consent:
Contact seller within 14 days from the date of merchandise receipt.

Condition of items:
Item(s) for return/exchange shall be in Original & Unused condition with all associated packaging as delivered.

Returns/Exchange:
Ship items back with tracking number within 7 days from the date of merchandise receipt. Buyers are responsible for successful delivery of the return items.

Shipping:
No charges if the wrong item was delivered by seller.
Buyers are responsible for both ways of shipping costs if the return/exchange was due to any other reason.
